1. What materials are CHORÉL jewelry made from?
Our rings and earrings are crafted entirely from 925 sterling silver and plated with 18k gold vermeil or rhodium for lasting brilliance. Our necklaces and bracelets are made from a mix of 925 sterling silver and brass, and are finished with either 18k gold vermeil or rhodium, depending on the colour. 2. Are your pieces nickel-free?
Yes – all CHORÉL jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

3. How should I care for my jewelry?
Use a soft cloth to gently polish your jewelry when needed. To maintain the plating, avoid exposing your pieces to water, perfumes, oils, or lotions. For full guidance, see our Jewelry Care Guide.

4. Can I wear CHORÉL jewelry in the shower?
We don’t recommend it, especially for gold-plated items, as water and steam can cause the plating to fade more quickly.

5. How long does gold plating last?
This depends on how frequently you wear your piece and how you care for it. Keep jewelry dry and avoid exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, and moisture. Store your jewelry in a dry, dark place, ideally in a soft pouch or wrapped in cloth. Over time, plating will naturally wear.

6. Why 18k gold vermeil?
Because it’s the highest-quality plating method: a thick layer of real 18k gold (3.0 microns) over solid 925 sterling silver. It lasts far longer than standard gold plating, resists tarnish, and delivers the rich tone of fine jewellery with everyday durability.

7. I received a faulty item – what should I do?
Please send a photo and a short description of the issue to info@choreljewellery.com. We’ll review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.

8. Can I wear perfume or cream with my jewelry?
Apply perfume to your clothes and allow skincare products to fully absorb before wearing your jewelry to protect the plating.

9. How do I place an order?
Choose your preferred item(s) and click “Add to cart.” When you’re ready, go to checkout and enter your contact, shipping, and payment details to complete your purchase.

10. Why can’t I add an item to my cart?
If a product can’t be added, it’s likely sold out. Feel free to email us at info@choreljewellery.com and we’ll notify you when it’s back.

11. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Our delivery partners include GLS, DAO, UPS, and DHL

12. Will I get a confirmation when I place an order?
Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed and being processed.

13. Where do I enter my discount code?
During checkout, you’ll see a field for discount codes. Enter your code there and click “Apply.”

14. I made a mistake in my order – what now?
If you need to make changes, email us immediately at info@choreljewellery.com. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can cancel or adjust it. If it has already shipped, you can return it once received.

15. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, MobilePay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.

16. Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes – if you need a different size, you can request an exchange by contacting us at info@choreljewellery.com

17. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, CHORÉL ships worldwide. For questions about delivery to your country, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

18. My order hasn’t arrived – can you assist?
Of course. Send your order number to info@choreljewellery.com and we’ll help you locate your shipment.

19. Will I be charged VAT or customs fees?
EU orders include VAT and all applicable fees. For non-EU orders, local taxes or import duties may apply. Orders to the UK ship with duties and taxes included. U.S. orders under $800 are duty-free.

20. How do I return an order?
To return an order please submit an order request via our Return Portal. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and return slip. International returns may also include a customs invoice.

21. I’ve returned my item – when will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the return. Funds will be returned to the original payment method, minus shipping (unless the return is due to a defect).

22. How long will it take for the refund to appear in my account?
Once processed, refunds may take a few additional days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

23. What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please use our Return Portal to begin your return.
